Gugić, Kovačić & Krivić d.o.o. employs lawyers, trainees, administrative staff and students as apprentices and honorary associates. In order to achieve the best results, the firm conducts ongoing and systematic training, both practical and theoretical, allowing us to form our legal team exclusively from the firm’s own resources. All our trainees are transparently recruited through advertisements, and the best of them stay on at the firm as attorneys.
The firm insists on continuous education and training through participation at domestic and international congresses, seminars, various workshops, and also through postgraduate and expert studies. However, educating and training activities are not restricted to our employees, but are also undertaken by the law students who gain practical experience in our firm. In addition, the firm helps, both educationally and financially, young colleagues at law school in their preparations for international competitions (Law Moot Court Competition).
The firm’s entire legal team provides services in foreign languages, primarily in English, to clients from abroad.
The Law Firm Gugić, Kovačić & Krivić d.o.o. is a member of the Croatian Bar Association (CBA) www.hok-cba.hr, and all the firm’s attorneys and trainees are listed in the respective registers of attorneys and trainees of the CBA. The attorneys in the firm are members of various professional organizations, and act as members of expert CBA committees, such as the CBA academy, or various specialized expert organizations such as the Mediation Institute or the Court Interpreters for English Register.
